         New World Foreign Language School started in July, 2004, it is a specialize English training organization that approved by Fushun Education Bureau. In October, 2004, the REGENT Language Training Organization in UK cooperated with us and authorized us to teach Join in and Cambridge text books in China, and soon, Liaoning Province Government appointed our school to be the overseas students start business base, then, many famous schools in Fushun started to cooperate with us.

 

        As one of the largest language training organizations in Fushun, we offer an unrivalled range of excellent language courses for both kids and senior students. Years of experience and strength of our teaching staff mean that our students and trainees can expect a quality learning experience, improve their reading, listening and speaking skills in an effective, relaxing and interesting environment.

 

Fushun New World Foreign Language School wishes to employ a foreign teacher; the foreign teacher¡¯s obligations are as follows:

¢ñ.Nature of Employment:

1.    The Teacher is employed to teach English. The Teacher may also infrequently be required to undertake additional teaching or participate in promotional activities by the school, such as interviews, demonstrations, the production of media presentations, public meetings, etc.

2.    Promotional activities occur irregularly.

 

¢ò.Working Hours:

  Should teach a maximum of 22hours within five working days of each week.

 

¢ó. Teacher Responsibilities:

The Teacher shall:

1.    Maintain a professional manner and appearance at work and attend classes on time.

2.    Complete all necessary preparation for classes.

3.    Abide by local law and state regulations, including that the teacher should not engage students in any religious or political activity in violation of the laws and regulations of the People¡¯s Republic of China.

4.    Not administer corporal punishment to the students.

5.    Not undertake other employment in China during the course of his/her employment with the school.

6.    The School has the right to take video and photo in the teaching and promotional activities.

7.    Obey the School¡¯s rules and regulations.

8.    Guarantee the teaching quality fulfills School¡¯s requirements ( the evaluation is to be done by  the students at the end of each term).

9.    Not use mobile phone at any circumstances during the teaching.

10.  To meet the needs and patterns of the business, the working arrangements are flexible and subject to changes as necessary. The work may involve weekends, evenings and public holidays working. The School guarantees the teacher one full day off each week.

11.  Not unite with other staffs to against School¡¯s interests.

 

¢ô. Accommodation:

1.    The School will provide the Teacher a suitable accommodation for free of charge. However, the Teacher should understand its use does not create a tenancy agreement. Furthermore, the teacher also accepts that such accommodation is provided solely for the better performance of the Teacher¡¯s duties.

2.    The School will provide a furnished accommodation for the teacher with a TV set, refrigerator, washing machine and electric water heater and so on.

3.    The Teacher must pay for the bills of gas, water, electricity, telephone, Internet and housing management fee by him/herself.

4.    The teacher shall take care of public property on the apartment grounds and if anything is broken/damaged, the teacher will pay recompense.

5.    The Teacher shall not let other people stay at the apartment without the head of School¡¯s permission

6.    The School will hold 1,000 from the Teach¡¯s first month salary as the deposit for any damage, which may occur to the apartment during the stay of the foreign teacher.

 

¢õ.Salary:

 The Teacher¡¯s monthly salary will be 5500-6000Yuan RMB, and the Teacher will also get bonus each month, which will be paid at the end of this contract.

¢ö. Breach Penalty:

When either of the two parties fails to fulfill the contract or fails to fulfill the contract obligations according to the terms stipulated, that is, breaks the contract, it must pay a breach penalty of US¡ç2,000 ( or the equivalent in RMB).
